WRITING A LETER OF COMPLAINT

Dear Sir or Madame:

On july 16 my friends and I arrived at your inn hoping to spend an enjoyable weekend. unfortunately, because of your service, our weekend was a disaster. Since your ad says "have a fabulous time or get your money back," I am recuesting that that you refound uor money.

fron the moment we arrived, there were problems wiht the service. first, a very unfrienly desk clerk could not find our reservation. After waiting almost half an hour, we were led by another unfrienly clerk to our room. the room, which had a view of a parking lot instead of the bay, had not yet cigarette butts in the ashtrays. Dispite these problem, none of your employees apologized to us. This was not the weekend we had been looking forwar to.

service at your inn was not alwais like this. My previous visits were always enjoyable because of the courteuos service and clean rooms with beautiful views. Until things change at your inn, I will never recommend it to anyone. I expect to receive my refound shortly.

1.- Why do you think so many people turned down Bowerman's idea?
I think that many people turned down bowersman's idea because they tought that his idea cuold not be success. they wanted to get money not lost and the Browerman's idea does not look as a good business.
2.- Why do you think Smith's profesor gave him a C on the project?

Maybe Smith's profesor found the projec a very good idea, so he traid to steal Smith's idea.

3.- Which idea had led to the most imitation?

I think the atletis shoes because every body use shoes, so the differents shoes companies have tried to get mony looking for news styles and models.
4.- Do you have any ideas for new producs ore service? what are they?
I would like to create a robot that knows how to cook and make the bed.

A CREATIVITY PERSON I KNOW

Lucy Gomes is the most creativity person I know. She started piano lessons when she was only 6 years old. At school, she was always creating interesting projects in her art class. When she was only 12 years old, she won a citywide poetry contest. her parents were very prout of her.

Now Lucy works as a sitcom writer for a popular TV show. She works with a group of writers, and togeters they have to think on fresh ideas. They also have to come come wit funny dialog for the actors on their show because the actors have to play believable caracters tha will make the audience laugh. It is not an easy job, but Lucy does it well.
She starts work late in the morning and often works until 7 or8 at night .

Lucy is very curious. she likes to travel and meet new people who have opinions that are different from hers. She often carries a notebook with her and write down what she sees and hears. Lucy tells me that these new experiences are a good source of ideas for her work. I always enjoy talking to her and am happy to know someone as bright and creative as Lucuy.

The interfacultades.

Hello everyone!

In this ocation I wan to talk abaut an activitie that the college have every new semesters the interfacultades. I know that someone does not know what it is, well here you have a shore introduction. The interfacultades are games where all the Academics units take part in order to find the betters players.They conform the big selection that represent the college. I am coursing the fiveth semester and when I was in the high schol I use to playe basketbal and after that I left it. After 3 years ago in this semester I played my first interfacultades in basktball with the team of AUCJS. The team had a good begining and won 4 games but thes last 3 games lost them.

I had decide to leaf the basketball again after finish the games because I don have enough time. Yesterday was the last wame and thaught me a beautifull thing that I had forgotten.I love basketball because it makes me feel ok.We lost the game 42 to 32points but I made 10 pints.
so have changed my idea of left the team.

Boys and Gerls the baketball is the best game around the world!

The most embarrassing ocation

One day I was taking a awalk on the beach and stopped to look at the waves.Suddenly I thought I saw some thing strunggling in the water.

It looked like a men who was having troubles swimming just then I reached for my glasses and then remembered I had left them at home.

At thet moment a big wave come and the man was gone.Suddenly I ran as fast as I cuold to get the lifeguard.

When we arrived back ata the spot where I had seen the man suddenly the lifeguard looked thruogh his binoculars. After that he said he di not see a thing at that moment I was pretty embarrassed.

The nex day I bough the newspaper there was an article abaut dolphins swiming near the shore.

A s son as I read the article I realize that I had seen a dolphind in the water not a man!.After that I never went anywhere without my glases again.

Couples in my town

In my town If young cuoples want to get married they must first get the permision of the parents.generally the youn man satrts by visiting his future wife`s family becauseis a good way to get along with them.

The meetings are in order to the couple ealize if they are really sure to get maried. If the relationship does not work the couple just say good bye.

Even if in my town there aremany couples that does not are maried they just live together.

By the way I have many friens living in this form.They had told me that is better because in thes way you don not spend alo of mony in weding provided that they do not have childrens because all the things changes, more responsability and is the law to get married.

Well but is no may case.I am 21 years old and I donot have hurry to get married but when it comes I hope to chose the betther dicition, jajajajajajaja.
